CLUE ONE
It seems like each picture was taken at a different time of the day. I wonder if you can match them to their correct times based on the rough direction and length of the visible shadows? Make sure you know your north!
CLUE TWO
Each picture matches a specific time. The one missing a code corresponds to 21 July. Have a look at the existing location codes and try to find a common pattern. The date and time matching each code should help with this.
CLUE THREE
There are other bits of information on the table that could help you decipher the pattern. Military time? A calendar? What's that calculator for?
CLUE FOUR
I'm guessing the first letter corresponds to the day of the week for that specific date. The second and third digits seem to have something to do with military time, but not sure what? Do those red arrows have anything to do with it? Finally, the last two digits seem to be the result of a calculation... maybe a multiplication? But of what?
